I have been loving the Paul Déthune, Princesse Des Thunes, NV. If you haven't tried this, I highly recommend it!

I am a bbq nerd and this is my go to rub recipe. I love using it on St Louis style ribs, and you can have it with or without your favorite sauce.
Also fantastic on chicken and pork.

Had a shipment arrive yesterday at 7pm. It was pretty hot here yesterday - close to 85. When I felt the wine it was a bit warm. I literally had nightmares all night about my wine being ruined. [cry.gif]
