CAO Brazilia Maduro Fantastic draw and extremely well constructed. This makes this full bodied cigar very easy to smoke. Not much sweetness, focusing on darker rich and earthy flavors. Going to let the others rest for a few months. B+

I have been drinking the Ironbush Honey Oolong from Floating Leaves. Really nice rich earthy flavors with light aromas of honey.

Yummy. If you have or can find the 2001 Sleepy Hollow pinot, I would list that as one of the greatest Cali pinots of all time. One of the few wines I would put in the class of Burt Williams wines.

A great sauce to have in the fridge. Thanks for the reminder. We use serranos and I don't bother removing the paper from the garlic. I haven't tried the boil thing. a little time in my iron skillet is pretty fast. And sometimes a squirt of fresh lime. Acid pig.
