When I am camping in the Canadian Rockies, I take wine and water in a seperate cooler and hope find ice once in a while.
I should look for one of those plug in coolers eh. Anyone seen those $$$$ Vita coolers.

I have some experience of BC wines so nice thread here. Burrowing Owl wines are not as good as they were and friends had a terrible tasting room experience earlier this year. Wild Goose is top drawer especially their P Gris.

tasting last night downtown..."Summer Bubbles". A very nice NV Ployez-Jacquemart Extra Brut but the 2009 Pol Roger Vintage Brut ($99.99) was a clear winner. Nicely matured and a terrific finish, some thought still young maybe?

2011 Reichsgraf von Kesselstatt Kaseler Riesling Trocken.
