Was it in the glass case or was it in the bins and how many they had. In the glass case. Item#37619. Good l...

Sunnyvale Costco has the 2017 Lutum Sanford and Benedict Pinot Noir for $20 on clearance. They had an entire pallet right up by the main entrance.
Both Mountain View and Santa Clara stores have it too. Santa Clara also has La Rinconada at the same price.

Re: Russian River valley recommendations

Down Westside Rd from Arista you can find Porter Creek which pretty much flies under the radar. Dinner ops: Forestville - Canetti Roadhouse Italiana - Authentic Tuscan comfort food (Tuna of Chianti appetizer. Trust me!) Santa Rosa (west side ) - Walter Hansel Bistro - Still our go-to restaurant (Co...

Re: Coravin--Problems and Solutions

This happened again last night... I inserted a new capsule, poured 2 glasses, put the Coravin back in the cabinet the day before yesterday. I did not hear any discharge. Yestrday when I wanted to use it, nothing left in the capsule, and I was able to twist it a bit tighter - I had made sure that it ...

2008 was their Haystack Peak cab release. Maybe now they have an ongoing grape source?
Thanks. 2008 was the only vintage? The other 3 on CT just don't look right.

It's not even listed on the winery website.

Thanks for sharing. By "inaugural vintage" this is becoming a regular release? An interesting move.

I rarely log on to my account outside Spring and Fall releases. But saw this when I just did. There was no email that's one surprise... then... it's a Napa Cab? [scratch.gif]

New to this... maybe should move to a new thread for a simple question - is wine.com a good source to buy BDX futures?

I'm confused. I have to buy the estate wines, and maybe I'll be offered some Montebello? 2017 was the first year I bought Montebello.
Seems to be the case. Credit card just got charged for estate wines. No news on Montebello yet.
