I wouldn't set it on its side, bad idea. Why? It’s been on its side for 4 days now with no leakage. I suppose it isn’t going to change what’s inside at all, but he wanted to see if the cork was dry enough to leak without opening it. The Press Democrat article is a bit more damning. Bulldozing and erasing a wetland is a bit different picture than I had of possibly diverting a stream around some of your land.

175 people, I'd do 3 cases Rose, 3 cases sparkling, 3 cases of white and 2 cases each of 2 reds.

3 glasses per person average.

2003 was notoriously hot for the sake of being hot, not in the good phenolic ripeness hot to close harvest.

Not surprised as most 2003s matured rather quickly.
