Re: 2016 The Third Twin offer is out

I got the email offer today for allocations that weren’t purchased. I went for it. If anyone is interested in some bottles let me know I don’t need all 5, but I have no issue keeping them all.

Cheers

Sorry not trolling. I Just like to see ratings and notes from the well known reviewers before dropping 500+ on a bottle. I’m sure it’s fantastic I just like some reassurance

Re: Off mailing lists to buying retail?

Recently moved to Las Vegas. Do wine shops in Los Angeles have bottles of long wait list wineries like saxum and SQN readily available for somewhat close to cost? If so I will def be making that drive when the weather dips in the winter. I wouldn’t expect it to be that easy Yes, they do. Check inte...

Re: Driving beer cross country this weekend. Please help

Temps further out west are going to creep into low 80s. My plan is to have my wine in 4 u-line styrofoam shippers and have in either 2 tubs or a kiddie pool. I will have bags of ice in garbage bags that I can dump when they melt and also freezer packs. Shoppers will be covered in an insulated blanke...

Re: Driving beer cross country this weekend. Please help

3,000 dollars to ship 42 bottles of wine? Damn. You can't Fed Ex them? If you are truly compelled to transport them, that's hardly any space you are taking up. Keep them in the temperature controlled part of the vehicle with you and they will remain at the same temperature as you for the entire tri...

Should not be an issue in that weather and in styrofoam boxes. Personally I’d just put them in lie flat boxes so they take up less space and put it inside the car with you while you drive so you worry even less. Then move the 3.5 cases with you into the hotel.
Awesome I really appreciate it.

Driving beer cross country this weekend. Please help

Hey all, I’m driving my wine collection of about 3 and half cases from New York to Las Vegas this weekend. All of my bottles are on the high end (scarecrow, SQN, Bevan, Harlan, etc) so I need to try to get this done as smooth as possible. I originally was looking into wine transport companies and st...

Thanks guys. I will probably be moving the eurocave by myself afternoon looking into some sites. I want to use a wine moving company since the bottles I have even though it’s a very small collection are pretty high end. I went big from the beginning to start my cellar and I don’t want to ruin the bo...
