2001 Casa Lapostolle Clos Apalta - Happen to see it in the cellar and cellar tracker said it was way past it's window so we opened it up and it was great! Not even sure how we got the bottle or how it was stored, a very nice surprise.

Pretty good pricing Scott!

Last year I was traveling to SLC frequently and picked up a few at the distillery. I should have stocked up more because it’s super allocated around here. Really good, but like with anything bourbon there’s too much hype.
