You can bring wine. Not sure about a case. Buy water on the way to hotel. During checkin i got about 24 vouchers for free water bottles. Im not sure if its because Im a Diamond member. Food is expensive there. Pizza pie $80.

The word "fresh" is used a lot to describe 2018 bdx. What does fresh refer to? More fruit forward? Less complex? Less oak? Drinking fresh squeezed grape juice? Anyone know?

For the most part without going into details (because I'm too lazy right now), I decant vintage champagnes for 30mins to 60mins. As someone mentioned above, the bubbles in champagnes lasts much longer than most people think.
