V Madrone is fantastic at that price. Passed on '11 but didn't see the '12! Dang. '13 is great. Had it a few years ago at the winery. Will definitely grab some since i paid way more than $40 3 years ago

Never had any issues and they almost exclusively deliver my stuff to my office. They usually call me the day before for a good time to come. They're generally on time but we have a person up front so not a big deal as long as normal hours.

Anyone know what states you can purchase wine at Costco without a membership? Costco is about 45 minutes away and I pass three Sam’s Clubs on the way. So kept my Sam’s membership when they opened. There are zero wine deals there but haven’t checked out to see if my local Costco has the deal you guy...

I bought a '96 Montrose from them a few years back. Came out opaque/orange and just bad. Smelled and tasted like trashy fruit. However, they refunded me after a little grief from the manager. Often travel with 2-3 bottles in a checked roller bag. Wrap them in clothes and away from the edges. Never had one break or stolen Also have a Vin Garde valise for wine country trips or longer vacations. Recently opened a 16 Blooms Field and did not enjoy it at all. Will leave the rest for 5-7 more years before even thinking about opening them. Hopefully the funk fades off
