On the Healdsburg square I'd recommend Barndiva for a nice dinner and the Hartford Court tasting room for some great Chards and Pinot and Zin.

Where does it say it’s going to be Zin based? I read it as Cambie can pick what he likes and blend them as he likes. I can't even think of any Zin that costs more than $50-$60 (maybe Turley or Martinelli), much less $100-$200. Would this be a first for a Zin blend at this potential cost?

I maxed out the allocation last fall as well (except Absurd, which I just couldn’t justify) and didn’t wishlist anything. Will be interesting to see what we are all offered on this one. Has anyone seen ratings for this release. I’m on Vinous but don’t think they’ve rated Realm in the last few years...

I just find the point disparity interesting from a consumer point of view. I ask myself if it says more about the reviewers than it does about the wine, or is this just very polarizing wine. Be sure to make parking reservations early as they are required and fill up days/weeks ahead of time, especially on weekends. Otherwise you have to take a shuttle from HWY 101.

Although it's not really a hike and not technically in Napa, Jack London State Park is pretty interesting. There is a great museum and then a 10-15 hike to the Wolf House.
