Built this entirely myself: 1.5 yrs to build 2700 bottles, all rustic redwood and stacked stone with slate tile floor. R 30 in ceiling and R 25 walls. Cellar pro ducted 8500. I found this interesting... Not sure about the first and third comment. Deeper color is more indicative of age/oxidation and are you really getting your butter from oak? It is very good but not on the same level of 1995 IMO.

Their new BdB NV that the released to the US Market last August isnt a great qpr. Still love their brut reserve and rose reserve though.

I bought two mags of 2011 syrah from winebid last May.

The description on the lot said the wines came from a collector who purchased the wines from Copain on release and was selling them on winebid to fund donations for the fire relief in California. Like you I am surprised they're still available.

Argentina, Chile , South Africa, Spain.
