We arrive in Paris Saturday am in late June and head directly to champagne for the weekend. We have an appt Monday and lunch on Sunday planned. Is anyone open for tour and tasting on Saturdays?

when you get serious about fresh stone crabs. I do not let the fish store crack them As soon as they are cracked they start to degrade. I crack them at home with this.

I love them but they need to be super fresh for me. I would never think of having them here. Also this year was the worst year ever for them because of the red tide. It definitely affected the quantity and pricing. I don't know if it affected the quality. The ones I had last month in Bonita Springs...

I use the term to describe a wine that is harmonious. Forming a pleasing or consistent whole. No harsh tannin, good fruit. Most recently an 83 Chateau Palmer fit that polished note.
