Digging into the bottle from yesterday and I'd say this is a drink it all on day 1 wine. Not showing much on Day 2 as it has simmered down and not showing much.

Burgundy/N. Rhone Tasting Notes

2017 Bruno Clair Marsannay Les Grasses Tetes (x2) - First bottle was PnP. No go. Just an alcoholic mess. Second bottle opened for 3-4 hours and was singing. Good fruit and some of that spice box on the nose that I love about Pinot. 2017 Alain Graillot Crozes-Hermitage Rouge (x2) - Both bottles pure...

I'm on a lot of those lists as well. I signed up when I first got into wine. Have never bought and yet they wont quit sending me offers.

Honestly, the only one's I think really have a wait are Realm, Rivers, Aubert, SQN, SE, Maybach, Saxum, Macdonald and Scarecrow. Every other list isn't really full.

Same experience here as Mike. I've had 3 bottles of Ravenswood (2 Zin, 1 Syrah) from the most recent library release and I've dumped all of them down the drain. As well as having a few other older wines its just not for me. That spearmint, mushroom, rot, leafy flavor could gag a maggot.

I had a 2013 last night and it was nothing special to be honest. Tannic raspberry juice that smelled like a bottle of rubbing alcohol. Lacked that Anise/Licorice taste and scent I love so much in Italian wine. I decanted and drank over 5+ hours and it never came around.
