Does Fourrier have a "house style"? Is it known to be ... x y z? I've only had one, a 2007 Clos St Jacque, and it was on the sweet/sappy side.. altho it was delicious nonetheless.. i wonder if that was b/c of the 2007 vintage as i've had a few other 2007s that are similarly on the sweet/sappy side....

great set of wines there homie. the last time i had a 66 bord (ausone, haut brion) was about 6 years ago. they were stunning then, although on the decline.. good to hear they are still holding on.

when i first visited croatia (almost 10 years ago) my wife's family introduced me to bambus - a mixture of cheap red wine and cola. it was actually refreshing. although i much preferred gemist - a mixture of white wine and sparkling water (only jamnica of course).

i have to give kudos to trillium, treehouse, etc. who may have started the craze, but imo their western brethren like monkish, modern times, fieldwork, and now moonraker (out of auburn, ca), maybe moksa (rocklin near sacramento) has been making better hazy ipas imho. cheers! i was expecting more from the 08 cris based on the countless praise i've read. i agree that the 08 dom p is more impressive at this stage.
