Apparently Envoyer was able to secure some more RL Legras BdB in 375’s as I got email that they were able to come through with my request for a couple. 22 in stock on the website

Visited SA almost two years ago for our honeymoon and we fell in love with Meerlust Rubicon, the 2010 specifically. So great that TW always has some in stock. Popped open a 2010 for our 1st Anniversary.

Say you had a single bottle of 2009, would you drink it sooner rather than later? I usually like my roses and whites within a year or two of vintage date. Obviously this wine is a different animal. I’m not trying to let it sit for a decade, but not sure if it would greatly benefit from a year or two...

Local place has these listed $134.99 on website but when they put them in cooler, the sticker price was $89.99 as a “discount” for local buyers. Pulled the trigger on one because YOLO. Still have 19 bottles or so.

I've read a lot of praise for this producer, but have never tasted the wines. I was tempted, but moving to no sulfur for bubbles worries me. I found myself reaching for a drink of some sort everyday after work. I didn’t like that so I made a rule, no drinking M-W. Usually have a beer on Thursday, and then open a bottle or two of wine throughout the weekend, with a glass or two of bourbon sprinkled in

People drink wine at weddings? My move is usually 2-4 whiskey drinks and then beer for the rest of the night so I can still stand!! Assuming the bar is still open during dinner, just let people order their own drinks from the bar, and stop worrying about the small details. That’s for your SO to deal...
