2017 SC Zin, over the last two nights. Drinking nicely already but evident grip and structure suggests it’ll last a long time. More on the by elegant/restrained side. Liked it a lot.

Tasted the Sixto wines on a recent Seattle visit and was impressed. Actually thought “Uncovered” -a blend of single vineyards- was better than the SVDs I tried. But everything was good.

Gaige House in Glyn Ellen is fantastic and probably qualifies as midpriced by Sonoma standards.

Jean Edwards Stagecoach is great is like $70ish.
Rivers-Marie Napa ($75 iirc) and Calistoga ($95 iirc) are great, although perhaps less easy to find at release prices.
Smith Madrone is like $55, easy to source and very very good as well.

Charles Smith no brainer. SoDo Rotie and Slight of Hand is a must! Rotie and SOH are closed Wednesdays, unfortunately. Really bummed about that but, yes, Charles Smith seems like a great option. Have enjoyed many of his wines over the years but his "portfolio" keeps expanding so lots will be new.

In the past, R-M has communicated that they are aware people signed up specifically for Pinot, or for cab or chard, and therefore did not require purchasing each and every offer.

Right at $40, but Auteur’s Sonoma Coast bottling is fantastic.

Smith-Madrone is also fantastic in that range.

Also, Liquid Farm has a great bottle or two sub $40.
