1995 Charles Heidsieck Blanc des Millénaires
2002 Gosset Celebris Extra Brut

Both were superb. Regrettably, it was my last bottle of the '95 Heidsieck. Awaiting arrival of the 2004s.
Envoyer just offered the 2004 today. The price however is $139.

Larger framed indeed and it is an eye opening experience to drink this along side an Arcadian. I stopped enjoying larger famed pinots a long time ago. Thankfully we don’t all like the same style of wines.

Greg sent out a pre-arrival offer this morning for 2014 Marc Hébrart Champagne Premier Cru Special Club Magnums with a link to the new website for ordering. 2013 Simon Bize Bourgogne Blanc Les Perrières - showing nicely with mineral and citrus notes with a decent finish. I don’t think this is going to improve with further aging, but should drink well for another few years.

I've only opened 1 bottle of the Aeris, which was last fall, and I also really enjoyed this wine. I'm going to let my remaining bottles sleep awhile and will try another in a year or two. These are expensive, but one of the best Italian white wines I've experienced.

If you were going to reload ‘14 - ‘16, is there one or two you prefer? I try very hard to let these get some minimal age, so the most recent I’ve opened is a ‘13.

The ‘07s would be good choices, but they probably need a few more years in the cellar. If you’re looking for some that are more accessible now, I would look for ‘13s or ‘14s.
