I think I’m finally turning the corner after 20 years of this madness as I have started to delete emails without opening them and I have stopped buying from quit a few mailing list I’ve been on forever. Like others have said it feels empowering finally being in control of this addiction.

375ml air tight glass container kept in the fridge works great for up to 2-3 days. I rarely wait more than a day. I really don’t see the need for gadgets.

I opened the ‘07 last night and it was very similar to your note. The nose had a touch of ginger snap cookie. I continue to be impressed with what Vilmart delivers in off vintages.

If you want something that will last, runs quiet and looks great, you simply cannot go wrong with Sub-Zero. Look for a display sample at a reputable dealer or a used one via eBay or Craigslist.
