Where are you flying in and out of? Seems to me unless you have been it would be difficult to go all out in France without a stop in Paris. Certainly the dining options are unlimited. Outside of wine/wineries. What else do you plan/like to do? George George, we have been to Paris. We are flying fro...

I've had 2 excellent lunches at Hostellerie de Chateau des Fines Roches near Chateauneuf. If the weather is nice, they offer outdoor dining. It's such a good place, I'm surprised it's not more well known on WB. You could always make an excursion out to Roanne and spend a night at Troigros. The rest...

Thought I'd recap my trip for everyone's benefit. We ended up focusing on the Northern Rhone – essentially Cote-Rotie down to Cornas. We visited 6 producers, and also had dinner at Anne-Sophie Pic and Daniel et Denise (in Lyon). Anne-Sophie Pic was spectacular, we had a 6-hour meal there that didn'...

I got the same exact response when I tried to set up a visit for March 2018. It was extremely disappointing news as I don't know whether I'll ever get the chance to go back. It is my understanding that the reason for this has to do with the sale to EPI.
