Haven't seen a second graciano release yet. It sounds like production is up vs first release as people have been added. I guess the letter will have case volume. The first letter also mentioned vineyard is mostly Syrah so that's gotta be coming eventually also

I opened a 93 Dickerson. Bottle was pristine though cork broke near bottom. It was good to very good but short of spectacular imo

Had 2000 Chave a couple weeks ago off a restaurant list and it was sublime. Had the second bottle they had but was slightly oxidized and while good not nearly so. When it's on, it's on!

Picked up a mixed case with wine fridge some old lady was selling locally. There was a 97 and 98 in it. Opened a bottle last night from the case, 96 silver oak Napa and storage was perfect. Looking forward to those two as well as the Monty's and the Joey

Leaned, clipped and monolithic covers my impression of their pinots as well on early drinking so I held onto none as opposed to the chardonnay which I've got a bunch in cellar. Looks like I need to source a bottle or two with some age and revisit

Cousins daughter got married there in May. My cousin hosted a dinner for about 100 the night before at Madame Janette. Food was very good and service to a group that large exceptional. was duly impressed
