If you like AO then you may want to try AXR. It’s another Jean Hoefliger project somewhat similar to AO but a bit lower priced.

I’d also look at Bevan, Realm, Vice Versa, Memento Mori, and TOR.

Revisited a 2016 Le Pich Cabernet tonight ($50, Julien Fayard winemaker) along side a Pope Valley Winery 2016 Estate Cabernet ($64, Jean Hoefliger consulting winemaker). Both very nice Cabs for the money.

Thank you for sharing! Had no intention of buying wine this month but this changed my mind. Ended up picking up a 2016 TOR To Kalon Cab and a 2016 Shypoke Cab which put my before discount total right at $302.98 for maximum discount effectiveness. With shipping and tax ended up being $234.
