Slice it thinly to eat straight. If you can’t eat it before it dries out and gets too salty, debone it and freeze the meat in small pieces to add to soups, braises, etc.

All of my credit cards will send me an email alert for any purchase. It means I know almost from the moment if someone is trying to place a fraudulent charge. I don’t worry about missing it on my statement.

You can set text alerts too. It’s all from your online account settings.

If you store eggs with truffles in an airtight container overnight, the egg whites will absorb the truffle aroma. After you use the yolks for the ravioli, you'll have delicious whites for a scramble.

Mark, check out Postcard teas website. It has a lot of background but it’s unlikely you can buy the same tea in the US. Of course they will deliver (well they do to me...)
