I made meatballs with the Flannery Kali and BD blends in separate batches for comparison. Kali tastes like an extra aged Flannery steak in ground form. BD blend is less intense but still delightfully beefy. Don’t think I will make meatballs with ground beef from anywhere else after this! Please mak...

I’ve kept caviar in the fridge for six weeks, possibly longer, and it’s fine unopened. I use an insulated tote bag and a reusable gel ice block that I change out every other day.

I have one in my freezer for a special occasion. Grilling is my favorite way to prepare it.

For Bay Area folks, Golden Gate Meat Co. sells Iberico secreto for the lowest price per pound that I’ve found. You have to call to ask them to order it.
