Re: Anyone really into drinking Tea?

Anyway...back to Mark's original post. If the goal is to drink tea for the health benefits, skip the milk & sugar. Why? Well to get to the bottom of this issue, last week I spent an afternoon at the Fifth International Scientific Symposium on Tea and Human Health, where I picked the brains of lots o...

Re: Anyone really into drinking Tea?

Mark, check out Postcard teas website. It has a lot of background but it’s unlikely you can buy the same tea in the US. Of course they will deliver (well they do to me...) Worth bearing in mind that you get 3-6 cups from the same leaves, so it may appear expensive but on a ‘per cup’ basis, all but ...

Sous vide, of course. [rofl.gif] How many hours? And do you finish it on a hot grill? [popcorn.gif] The husband is the popcorn connoisseur. He prefers a little olive oil on the StirCrazy, and seasoned with truffle oil & truffle salt. Every so often I take a block of Parm and a Microplane to it too.

I've never had stone crab claws but I am a fan of blue and Dungeness crabs. One of the few things that makes visits to D.C. bearable is enjoying blue crabs and beer on my sister's deck. Blue crabs have stowed away in the ballast tanks of ships from the East Coast and now they're a real problem in Sp...
