My parents’ previous cooktop was a black glass Jennair. The pilot lights went out and the glass was a pain to clean. They switched to a stainless GE and my dad loves it, though I find it weak. I swear my electric Kenmore range heats up faster.

The Momo version even says its inspired by LGM. :) $10 for 120 grams?? That’s like a kg if Lao gan Ma. :) I don’t think expensive is necessarily better, but I like that the Momofuku version has no MSG or preservatives.
