Re: de Negoce offer

I just received my case of #08 (Mt Veeder cab) and was surprised to see the label showing a 15% alcohol content while the original de Negoce offer and its current web site lists it as 14.4%. I chose to buy this cab over the many other offers b/c I much prefer wines with relatively lower alcohol. Doe...

Todd, et al: given that recognition is given to BD buyers (champ, all pro, ROTY), perhaps similar recognition to the sellers/producers is warranted, if you're able to collect sales data, as a small way for us to express our gratitude for their participation.

An unexpectedly big year for me. So, BD is perfect for me: great producers/people who do the right thing, the right way for the...

I rarely have the opportunity to cellar an 'age-able' bottle for more than a few years, and I rarely have the opportunity to buy wine that has reached its optimum drinking window. Suffered thru a '13 Belle Glos Las Alturas Vineyard Pinot Noir (CT90.5) at the Oceano Bistro in St Louis. The food was fine but the wine was closer to an over ripe jammy syrah fruit bomb than a pinot. Might appeal to some but not to us.
