I may be able to make it... Mondays are usually best, but my pre-holiday calendar is filling up quickly!

I liked PDH but am happy to try Wu's to avoid the corkage fee.

I will watch this thread and try to keep those dates free.

We had milanesas with fried eggs and french fries. I opened a 2014 DV Catena Syrah-Syrah. Everything was delicious!

I grill year-round here in NY. Last night, I threw some frenched d'Artagnan Berkshire pork rib chops on the grill. (I bought them in a recent sale) I prepped them with a mix of mustard and worcestershire. Delicious! Sides were grilled zucchini and eggplant.

Wow, this thread makes me HUNGRY! I made a merlot steak last night. The marinade was soy sauce, Worcestershire, mirin, olive oil, and salt and I cooked it in a cast iron pan. It was very good. I guess I will have to start taking photos of my food.
