My cellar remains utilitarian, ugly as sin and totally overstuffed. But it’s at 53 degrees with good levels of humidity, so style is not necessary. +1 on Turley.

I know they have the rep of being big fruit bombs, but they have really tamed it down since ~2014 under Teagan. Also, pricing is substantially better on the mailing list vs retail.

FWIW, I went to a few Total Wines- manager said most are done by lottery or you have to show up at like 8am when they get their shipments (last wed/thurs of the month)

To be fair, they do have experience in the area (the '13 Cairdeas was a portwood, and was pretty well received).
