I love it when I find a new bottle in the cellar that was not in inventory. More disappointing is when one is gone.

I have the total inventory on CT, and include shelf locations for each bottle so I can try to find it

Be in Madrid as the base. Maintain flexibility
Head to any coast in a few hours.
Look to Seville and the south beaches
Also spend a day or so on the Islands.
Train ravel is the best. No need for a car or driver

You need to pay to get on the shelves. That is for wines and even potato chips. The small wineries, small craft beer folks cannot afford it. SWS will shut them out. Long Island wines in your collection

I found that the LI wines are not up to the quality level of the FL region. I might be biased as I grew up on Seneca Lake and knew most of the new guys. Taylor, DR Frank, and others.

Have had tastings here of LI wines, and found many were rough, and not fully rounded out
