I have never heard of this list.
At first glance I don’t think it is a list I would consider before checking other resources.
Might be a list to start some research.
I have dined at many of the restaurants listed and would take many exceptions to the grading.

Anyone know the corkage policy at Il Gabbiano? Thanks. They do not allow any outside bottles. One of the few restaurants we frequent that we do not bring our own.
