Not in NH anymore, but if you like cider, you should visit Poverty Lane Orchards/ Farnum Hill. One of my favorite producers in the USA. Inexpensive Sparklers

I've greatly enjoyed the blanc from Patrick Piuze called Val de Mer. It's grapes from just outside Chablis made into sparkling wine at his friend's estate in Champagne. Really minerally, delicate and one year in the cellar does wonders.

How old were you when you started collecting wine?

Started at 28 and it quickly mushroomed... of course that wasn't that long ago ;-) My first bottle I bought to cellar long-term was a 2006 Punset Barbaresco Riserva. Haven't opened it yet.
