I'm going to have to start posting in this thread. My inlaws have a farm and raise grass fed beef as a side business/future retirement income. They obviously won't have the marbling that a lot of the steaks in here since they're grass fed, but the flavoring and quality is unreal. Next cow comes back...

Their SB's are great...same vineyard as Bevan's Dry Stack SB and both unfiltered. Made for a great comparison when we got them last year. they didn't last long in the house

My wife and I meal prep every Sunday, religiously. We eat about 8 or so lbs of chicken a week. We either dice it up and season and cook on the stove top in a cast iron, or I slow cook it and then shred it with some chicken stock and seasoning. Hope that helps.
