Great updates here! I need to get back to Paris. Michel, those shots of Septime La Cave bring me back - sigh, I love that spot. It's truly one of the only wine bars ive ever loved. Would kill for a place like that in Chicago.

Regarding Ployez-Jacquemart , I also recently tried their special club after purchasing it at the Tresors tasting room in Reims. I found it to be quite good and at the price point, also hard to beat!

FWIW I tasted jacquesson 742 when in Reims a month ago. Le wine bar (great spot) hosted the release party of sorts and I got to try it as well as 741 and 740. I was very impressed across the range. I bit for 3 bottles of the new 742!
