Don’t know if you have chosen a place yet, but do not use Vinum55... Just wanted to say that I strongly disagree with this. As I mentioned above, Vinum 55 is awesome. I can’t comment on price as I’ve never done the math, but I store at Vinum55 and their service is excellent. I have a significant investment in my wine collection and am willing to pay to have it properly stored, available whenever I want, and all the other ancillary services that Vinum55 provides....

That is the one stem (Gabriel) I have yet to try. You've gotta try one buddy. They really are the best all around glasses that I've ever tried, beating Zaltos, Riedel Somms, etc. Everything from how they feel in your hand all the way to how they accentuate the nose of a wine is just ideal.
