Re: Post your CELLAR PIC time…..

Hey Kirk, roughly 1000 total bottles with 32 mags and six, 3L+ racks. Hardest part about the cellar build was explaining to me wife why we still need offsite storage after we just built this thing. The vintage view racks more/less hold champagne bottles just fine. You sometimes have to get a little...

Can anyone spot the single bottle of Dom that does not match the others? Yep, me too. And you can now find it in my shopping cart. Phoenix location. I designed this myself, including the box sizes and depths, in hopes of maximizing space. I like it a lot, but I wish I had a whole other room with just regular racking that would make it easier to get to some of the more "hard to reach" bottles... Nice cellar. What year did Andremily use OWC’s?

Spanish wine recommendation

I know very little about Spanish wines. I prefer reds that are fuller in body that has fruit (not jammy). I lean towards more modern style. In terms of whites/sparklers, nothing too acidic. Usually prefer SB over chard for still wines. Any values on this menu? Thanks in advance! P_Beverage.pdf
