12 Mail Road Pinot Carmel- delicious wine with balance of fruits (raspberry most prominent) and acid. Air for an hour or so, then enjoyed over 2-2.5 while keeping cool. The flavors of raspberry maintained, earth came in and nose gave off some rose aroma. Happy to have 1 more for 2018/19.
