I, along with my wife and a couple close friends, had a phenomenal visit at Tench this past weekend. Questions you ask on a winery tour/tasting visit?

I'm heading out to Napa in a few days and was curious to hear from other Berserkers what questions they ask on their winery visits. So Berserkers... What are your favorite questions to ask when you visit a winery? What helps you better appreciate how they're unique that you can't get just from tasti...

I think the first time I tried Kenefick was from a flash sale site (I think lot32 back in the day). Loved it so much I signed up for the club for a little while. Loved seeing it pop up on last bottle today.

Really like the offering from Kenefick. Being from Calistoga it is definitely a fruit forward wine for sure so if you're AFWE prob not for you. But if you like big fruit Napa Cabs at $32 its a steal.

The auction house doesn't appear to know much about wine. The two bottles of 1978 Giacosa Santo Stefano red label are listed simply as "Barbaresco 1978." Not surprising, they're not a wine auction house. They were hired by the FBI to liquidate the entire estate (cars/guitars/watches/life sized scul...
