Basically averaging bottle prices and ignoring consumption. A bottle of Romanee Conti has huge impact on pricing, while a high consumption wine like Yellowtail has mathematically very little.
And Yellowtail probably sells more wine in the US than France.

Why is everyone getting upset with this ? Because a winery said buy A, and you'll get prized B. person buys A.. Winery says> sorry we can't get you B, b/c we don't have enough. OH BUT we do have enough.. to sell you later at a higher price. To say buy A get B is normal.. to say we don't have enough...

I make the momo fuko pork belly and serve it on bao (I buy them) with hoisin, julienned carrots, green onion and cucumber. I love it but a couple of bao are more than enough. When you guys talk about boiling, are you adding water? When I roast I don’t add any water. You like it to be watered down? I also usually add a poblano pepper. I just throw everything on a pan with some olive oil then blend after the stuff is soft.

Culver’s is ok IMO. Their limited time specialty burgers can be pretty good. I like the current pretzel bun burger. You can get fried cheese curds instead of fries (extra $). I love them but I hate myself after eating them.

I think their fish sandwich is the most underrated thing on their menu.
