Re: Ravenswood library offer

OK here is something I just realized. The letter says that the sale will open on October 15 at 12:01 am PST. On October 15 the Pacific Time Zone will be on Daylight Savings Time. Does October 15 at 12:01 am PST mean that the opening is on October 15 at 1:01 am PDT? Regardless, I, for one, don't plan...

Well, it's raining in SoCal, today. Nope. Not going to inventory wine, today. Maybe I'll rearrange my sock drawer. The last time I did it was two years ago. Short answer to the original question, "No." I have received incorrect shipments. Usually, these are resolved very quickly via e-mail. I'm OK with that, mistakes happen, and the only person who doesn't make mistakes is the one who isn't doing anything. There was one instance, though, where an owner/...

I visited the Galleano Winery about 5 years ago. I agree that it is like walking into a time machine. Does $180M sound relatively low-dollar to anybody when you consider that Wagner sold Meiomi for $300M?

The obvious conclusion, I guess, is that Meiomi sells more wine than Heitz.
