Besides the lesson from Teacher Tuite, there seems to be a consensus that the term (no matter how it's spelled or what kind of vest you're wearing, if at all) has as much to do with flashiness as it does with bottle cost or name brand. Didn't consider that, so thanks to everyone who added that angle...

It's the reverse for me - I often buy from one or two places in Florida, and unless I'm picking them up when on vacation, these retailers will wait for my instructions or cooler weather (with notification to me) to ship.
