Evan,
We stayed at the Sandpiper Inn (B & B) two years ago. It's one block from the water. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Brings back great memories!

Re: TN: 2011 Congruence Cabernet Sauvignon

I have been following the 11 over the last 6-9 months and it's getting better. Needs a few hours of decanting or time in the cellar. The 11 Reserve is more open for business with an hour decant. I will check back in on the regular 11 in the Fall.

I spend only money that is free and clear of any obligation.

We keep our monthly CC overrun at zero, so I budget month to month.

Very strange, I emailed Vinfillment to see if they can release the shipment. Weather looks clear through the weekend.

We are leaning towards staying on the coast (agree with Rich!) at least one or two nights. We are driving up from Carmel therefore would it be better to visit AV on the front or back end of Sonoma/Napa?

2014 Carlisle Syrah Papa's Block-Nose was not as expressive as I would prefer. Dark, black fruit, good acidity, a little dry on the finish...... Very good although it's just entering its drinking window. I will give my other bottle a couple of more years.

Pricing is inconsistent across the site - ex: Jorge cut is 36 oz for $68, but shows up for $60 (plus chocolates) in the gift section. @Albert - you have to go to the Wagyu dropdown and then they pop. Speaking of Wagyu... I can't imagine a Wagyu rib cap. See: https://www.tums.com/antacid-products/?g...
