What I find interesting about Burgundy/Bordeaux vs Sonoma/Napa is that France will get some rain during the growing season and CA does not .

Btw it’s Italy . Fresh produce and cheese so much better than here in the US. Plus seafood good too. Didn’t have a bad meal in Positano nor Capri for a week. I don’t get the complaints .

My mother was a good cook, but was sick a lot .
The one meal that sticks in head, was fried flounder , with a side of large egg noodles mixed with creamed spinach . Yum

Don’t know anything about BYO.

Been to Aruba a few times but have never taken a tour . Have snorkleled but only on my own .

How do you cook hangers or skirt without them still being fairly chewy or is that just the way they are I don’t find good skirt steak chewy . I do find good hangar steak a bit chewy . The wine did not get wet. It was moved in order to replace the floors. I hope the same is true of the negatives and the library.
