Trip to the Harbour-possibly tour on a boat.
The new “Hafen-City” is a great new part of town with great architecture.
“Elbphilarmonie” is the new music hall worth a visit .
In terms of restaurants, all depends on what part of town in which you are staying.

I use a Whirley popper . Makes a big difference .
I use a little coconut oil and then a bunch of ghee.
Flavocol (what is used in movie theaters) for salt.
For popcorn, a balance of white and yellow (no brand preference)-no brand preference .

CA,WA,OR,NY,CO. I have also had wine from NY, CA and CO I couldn’t drink . And have also had wine from NM (Gruet-in the past).

Built this entirely myself: 1.5 yrs to build 2700 bottles, all rustic redwood and stacked stone with slate tile floor. R 30 in ceiling and R 25 walls. Cellar pro ducted 8500. It was several years back , but when we stayed at the Wine Country Inn in St. Helena at the end of each day we gave them our wine from various wineries .When we left they worked with a shipping company who sent us 1 consolidated shipment .

The main issue with that is lugging around a 13 bottle shopper on a road trip true, but consider: 1. you get your wine when you walk off the plane, eliminating the need to wait for a shipment, weather issues, Common Carrier mistakes, etc. 2. checked bag is only $25 on most airlines, sometimes less ...

2016 O’Shaughnessy Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Even though it’s NV wine I like the fact that it’s estate grown fruit and not a typical NV CS sourced from multiple vineyards and growers.

I’m not sure which was worse for us (wife and I). Was it the harrowing taxi ride from the Naples ferry port to the airport? Or the bus ride from Amalfi to Ravello when the 2 buses traveling in opposite directions (one was ours) tried to go past each other on a curve? I wouldn’t want to repeat either...

Why would anyone open a Myriad Cab with only 2.5 years on it? If we all stopped and took a inward look at some decisions we have made regarding wine, even you , I have to assume that almost all of us would say wtf to something. Opening a 2.5 year old Myria Cab is probably pretty low on the spectrum .

I’ve had them at a couple of high-end seafood places in NYC. Nothing special. Same with king crab legs .

TN's please. Great pic! I am dreadful at tasting notes but I will give it a shot. It had more dark fruit notes than red. Hints of graphite leather and spice but you won't mistake it for a Bordeaux. What really stood out to me was the balance. It is no fruit bomb and definitely not a tannic monster ...
