I would grab a 2012 GTS Cabernet Sauvignon. Grapes grown on Tom Seaver’s (great baseball pitcher , primarily for the New York Mets) Diamond Mountain property in Napa County. I just grilled some (previously frozen ) alligator filets. I love alligator. Just used some oil and salt and pepper to start on all. Then put some jerk sauce on half of it. Yum .
