As far as I know its a single vineyard wine. Have no idea where this "declassified" claim comes from. I had a similar problem with a different type of wine fridge. One of the fans was being blocked by a couple of bottles that were wedged in close to it. Once I moved those bottles , problem solved.

I also freeze a lot of peaches at peak. Have never used lemon juice or sugar and never had browning issues. There were several wineries that I know of, a couple rather prominent come to mind, that bottled and sold some of their 2008 knowing full well of the taint problem. However, they acknowledged the taint, sold them as such, and the wines were sold strictly out of the tasting rooms as I knew it to be....

Last night I picked up some Chinese food . The soup I ordered was a combination of Wonton , Egg Drop , and Hot & Sour . Next time I will just mix up the last 2: wonton soup just watered it down.

Another thought is focus on wineries in an area or AVA, as opposed to focusing on clone(s). Not sure of why but I seem to like Pinot Noir from the Green Valley of the Russian River Valley. I'm not saying I can identify one if I was tasting it blind (no way could I), but I just seem to like Pinot Noi...
