We have enjoyed every wine we've tried from Stereophonic.

The Blue Desert Albariño was a group/family favorite, as well! (Nicely done!)

My WB Day package also included the book "Underland" by Robert Macfarlane and it was a joyous red. A double bonus!

Just to toss in a twister.... If the floor is sprung, I'd try to use anti-vibration pads. I think there can be some noise transmission from these to a sprung floor. Are we talking actually sobering up or just feeling better. To truly sober up, only time works. Alcohol degradation is a zero order reaction meaning levels are linear with time. 'Zactly. I use Tincture of Time. It can take several hours to work, but does the best job. Also, hydrate hydrate hydrate....
