Another great ACTUAL paring...

A Rafanelli zin or cab with pizza is a wonder for the palate to behold.

Rafanelli cabs still have that wild brambliness I have loved all along, and the zins mesh so well with a good crust.

I am going to sous vide a couple of Flannery Jorge-cut steaks this next weekend.

Given the thickness, I may cook to 130 degrees instead of my usual 128 because the sear will have less effect.
