How does Hexe compare with Paderewski? They seem to be similar in concept. was on the fence for a while regarding buying a Pizzaiolo or an ooni. didn't really want another countertop item for the kitchen so just pulled the trigger on an ooni koda 16 (gas).

in terms of winemaking style, grape source, and cooperage, the closest wine will be a 2013 morlet bouquet garni.
I've had both wines, twice each. and it's not really close.
