There are always unique things at the wineries when you visit, but you may be able to get a better deal locally than cellar door price for known wines from bigger winerie...

There are a lot more producers in the Nuits, it's a fairly large area. You should do some more exploring.

Gouges is another top tier producer you should investigate.

I used Mike's current dough recipe this week to make some calzones. I had dough for two nights, but I used it fairly fresh. I would have liked it to sit for 4 days. I'm also going to amp up the yeast a tick on the next round and see what happens.
