Never had a ‘66 Latour.

FWIW, ‘66 Haut Brion, Beychevelle, and Cantemerle are all drinking well this year, great vintage for Bordeaux.

Best wine I had for ‘08 vintage was Roty Charmes Chambertin, so good that I bought multiple vintages soon after.

Thanks for the notes, interesting results indeed but not surprised but the great showings of ‘82 PLL and ‘90 HB tho. But I am surprised by the good showings of ‘82 and ‘90 Conseillante against big boys, one of my fav Pomerols.

I think Jadot bought Beaune 1er Cru Les Cras and Romoissenet took Beaune 1er Cru Teurons. FWIW, loved the ‘09 Chorey Teurons but could never find another bottle!

‘82 Pichon Lalande and ‘90 DRC Grands-Echezeaux, both in ‘95. Beer drinker before that. Still have a Magnum of ‘82 Pichon Lalande, sadly ‘90 DRC GE all gone.
