There are two GC villages for Serafin, VV is as good as Fourrier but very difference in style, Fourrier is more flamboyant...

A few cases of different vintages and vineyards of Monnier-Perreol St Joseph. I bought 15s through 18s. Could never find this producer in this part of the world...long wanted to try one. Some years ago, I bought a bottle in a SF restaurant and loved it. If you do find it, Les Sevres is my favorite....

‘93 Chevillon Vaucrains, pretty much an indestructible wine, never faded over 4 hours on the first night and continued to improve on 2nd night, most likely a 40 to 50 years wine. Decent showing but you better like dark soils.
