Indeed it is cool back there. I would have no concerns about their storage. I work right down the street, so I just stopped by and grabbed a Mousse Effusion Rose. Thanks for getting me into it-- it's a kickass Champagne at only $35. Told Greg how much I loved it from the last time we drank together...

The new Vilmart Rubis plain white labels are pretty ugly, too. They were far nicer in holographic pink.

10 cases showed up today, oops I called them up yesterday and told them not to ship mine due to fluctuating weather. When they do ship one day I'm afraid what will be waiting for me at my door. [oops.gif] Pretty cool weather here, got some shipments in the upcoming weeks from various SoCal spots.

Like the SH Pinots. For anyone curious, the only SHs left at Arcadian are the 2007 Chards. For Pinot, they have Clos Pepe, Pisoni, Francesca, and a random Fiddlestix.

Wine is like food. Some people are more inclined to do fine dining and seek better ingredients while others see food as just fuel where they don’t need high levels of refinement and pleasure. Same with wine. Some people just drink wine because it's wine-- they just want a nice buzz or something easy...
