Thanks for the feedback. I think it's just some zin fatigues mixed in with a few less than stellar bottles. I've got a wide collection of other stuff I can drink...was just pulling these as so much of my other stuff needs more age.

Envoyer just emailed a flyer for 2014 Produttori SVDs, the same ones I purchased on pre-arrival back in March. The prices on many bottles are as much as $10 cheaper than what I paid. WTF???

I don't find it surprising at all. Great/excellent/superb or whatever other synonym thereof you choose * should* be a a rare occurrence. I was disappointed in many their 2013s. Took hours to open up and even then most seemed thin and flat. This post makes me hopeful for the 14s.

These wines sell for $200-300 a bottle in the secondary market. If you’re on the fence, this should push you to buy. I’ve never flipped a wine, but it’s sure fun to drink something that you paid a third of the market value for. And the wine is delicious.
