Quick Q on these please..
I totally spaced and had them deliver this week for a bbq next Sat.. (meant to deliver it next Monday).

When i get it, should I 1) freeze it and thaw it out next Thurs/Fri.. or 2) just keep it in the fridge for 10 days in the vacuum seal?

There are a lot of wines on CT that actually do not exist ... (just one example: La Romanee/Bouchard P&F before 1976 or after 2005 - or La Romanee/Liger-Belair before 2002) and also many wines are missing that do exist. So create them? how do you think what's in CT got there in the first place? ;)

The mobile app is for pulling a bottle, checking a note, it is not meant for bulk manipulation and operation you are correct. The desktop version is a monster.. 99.9999% of the time when someone says "CT can't", on a desktop version, it's user error / lack of know how. the mobile app has a long way...
