Hi everyone. Not only would I like to attend, but I can offer to assist in the purchase of the wine.

Hi again. Quick recap, Dill was very good, but not great. Way too slow of an evening - and not because it was long with lots of food. The restaurant was not full either. Flavors were great though and interesting ingredients were enjoyed. I would not go back and probably wouldn't recommend it either ...

Re: FLX Table (Big Pimpin Wine Pairing Question)

Just a quick report. FLX Weinery was, once again, mostly fantastic. The hot dogs and kimchi poutine were great. The service was wonderful. Two Goats is great. They offer one food item: a terrific hot roast beef sandwich on an onion roll. Also, don't miss Lucky Hare brewing. I think I like the beers at Lucky Hare better, but the experience at Two Goats is better. If you get tired of the wine, I recommend Two Goats Brewing for beer. Cool...

Lieb Cellars and Shinn Estates are my favorites. I also think the Merlot from Macari is quite a nice wine (goes great with any pizza or pasta at Grana in Jamesport (and they have it on the menu too). Paumanok is gorgeous and a worthwhile trip - the wines are hit or miss but generally good+.
