Traditional favorites for me are Hendricks and Plymouth Navy Strength, but just bought my first bottle of Aviation and I like it. The price is quite nice as well.

If you end up paying VAT, you can then apply for a refund. I work for BMW and when I go to Germany I pay VAT on most everything, and then we submit refunds off my expense reports. Odd, I stopped buying from them about 8-9 years ago because of the price increases. When I got the email I click the link just to see the pricing, and I had a full allocation waiting for me. It's always been good juice, but I don't buy much of anything at that price point.

I still have one of those as well, but haven't found it to be terribly reliable/effective FWIW, and you may already do this, I have found that wetting the stopper opening a bit (then shaking it off) before pumping seems to produce a more reliable longer lasting vacuum seal. When I forget to do this...

At my local brewery last week, and the server was wearing what looked to be a MAGA hat, but the words instead said "Make IPA's Clear Again"...pretty funny.

She admitted she liked the hazy ones as well, but the hat was too funny to pass up.

I love Midwinter Night's Dram. I just finished off Act 5 Scene 3, have another Act 5 unopened. Also have 1.5 bottles of Act 6 Scene 1, I buy it whenever I can find it. I've paid anywhere from $79.99 to $104.99, which I am good with.

Hi Bob, the Liquor Barn on Man o War Blvd is pretty epic. How epic naturally depends on the time of year, as hard to find stuff always goes quickly. But they have a tasting bar, we were sampling Pappy 20yr a couple years ago. pretty fun.

We were in KY last year and tried the Orphan Barrel Rhetoric 23 yr. We liked it enough to source a bottle. I just received a bottle of the 24yr, and and equally happy with it.

Some air time really smooths it out. naturally you need to like some oak flavors, anything this old has the oak.

I'm not sure from the original question if this is intended to be a full-time, put-food-on-the-table endeavor, or more of a "hobby" venture.
