I second the double deep racking. I usually buy 6-12 bottles so it works out well. I think mine is 12x12 with 8 ft ceilings. Figure ow many bottles you would like inyour cellar, then increase it by 50%.

Well around here Walla Walla Vintners and Leonetti have the highest at around 1100 feet or so. Red mountain could also be in the hunt, but I honestly do not know their elevation. Many vineyards on the columbia are down from us so I doubt any of them would be of interest.

I use two long worm screwpulls. Not the mechanical acrewpull but the one with a worm that you twist the top. I pull the worm out and put two worms in the cork. Then i jut pull out the cork. Worked on 3L to 9L bottles. Used a hose to siphon out of the 9L bottle.
