NJ, PA, MD, DE Clearance - Glasses and Decanters For Your Next Party

We’ve decided to move, and that means we won’t be able to host wine cellar clearance events on the same scale as before. So we’re selling our extra decanters and glasses, most lightly used on just two occasions. Extra discounts for bulk purchases, and a super-discount for anyone who takes them all! ...

That's my only issue with reverse sear at 225 degrees - doesn't render the fat on some cuts of meat. Works great for filet and less fatty cuts.

Agree on the Zojirushi - wife was a skeptic but now won’t make rice any other way. Pour in the ingredients, hit a button, walk away - come back when it makes a noise and it’s perfect, every time. How are you cooking them after being formed. I use a similar blend to yours, rolling them small, no bigger than a golf ball. Drop into slightly boiling water and once it floats transfer into your pot or pan of tomato sauce. Slow cook for a couple hours, best the next day It would never occur to me ...

They seem to be reliable, but always consult wine-searcher for pricing. Many times their prices are not as good as retail. Still a great deal, just not an amazing deal. :)
